Delete Your Observe PRO Account

If you want to delete your Observe PRO account and associated app data, you can do so either in the app or by contacting us using the details below.

Delete in the app

If you still have access to the app, open the account menu and use the Delete profile option.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at info@observepro.space from the email address linked to your Observe PRO account and request account deletion.

Please include:

the email address linked to your account;
a short message stating that you want your Observe PRO account deleted.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we aim to delete your account and associated app data from active systems, including:

your account profile data;
saved events in the “My Sky” feature;
push notification tokens linked to your account;
email verification tokens or related account-verification records that are no longer needed.

What may be retained for a limited time

Some limited data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records we must keep for security, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational reasons. Where this happens, we retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary and then delete or anonymise it.

Effect of deletion

you will lose access to your Observe PRO account;
your saved events and reminder settings will be removed from active systems;
push notifications linked to the deleted account should stop once deletion is completed.
